How to buy?

1) Ownership:
 can be under personal name and/or company name
A typical decision to put under personal or company name is determined by the objective of the purchase (own use or investment), and whether which choice will minimise Buyer's tax (personal income tax / corporate income tax) exposure.

2) Financing: 
-Loan amount: up to 80% loan, subject to bank approval
-Loan Duration: typically, loan can be given till the said property is left 30yr lease, subject to bank's approval, changing criteria and the type of industrial properties. 
eg: if a property has 45yr lease left, a typical bank is able to loan up to 45-30 = 15yrs

3) Good & Services Tax (GST)
GST is applicable if a Buyer purchase a property from a GST registered person/company. This can be determined from the IRAS GST Registry:
